Repricing
To me, the repricing can only mean one thing. News is coming and with positive news the sp should rise. How much it goes up is going to depend on the news, obviously. I'm expecting the news any day now. Could be Monday, could be a week from Monday but it's coming soon, or why reprice the warrants now? Could have waited another month or two , but then if the news came out, it would be too late to reprice the warrants. I think anyone waiting for the sp to fall much is going to have a long wait. There's been some steady accumulation by a few, in the last week or two. Glta

??? If good news coming why reprice the warrants and dilute existing shareholders equity. I think the answer is more in addressing the urgency of the negative working capital and raising new capital. Glta

There could be a couple of reasons to reprice the warrants. Yes bringing money in is definitely one but again that only works if the sp rises and the warrants are in the money. Sometimes warrants are repriced if participants in pp have had to wait an unusually long time to exercise warrants, coupled with an unforseen downturn in the sp.

Not sure what you're talking about , yell 3p they want a chance to take their money out. That makes no sense. What would repricing have to do with taking their money out?

Just because you can't figure out why they doing it ,doesn't make it nonsensical. Smarter people than you are making the decisions at pyrogenesis. I'm sure when it unfolds you'll realize that it was a smart decision. Wait, I take that back. Maybe you won't.
