Read the release again. It's not a contract, it's a Loi to test feasibility.  What a clever way to finance the company when there's no other way to do it.  Ammend the exercise price of the warrants to at-the-money, and then make a couple of bullish press releases.  Exactly what they've just done. $3 million won't go far.

Great post Kpitreal, and yes, yesterday's news is huge for both PYR and HPQ. Also, Evonik invented the original (old) fumed silica process: @cargo I did not know that Evonik invented the fumed silica process (sorry do not have timestamp in the new video). They are now going to be working side by side with $PYR/$HPQ in developing the FSR moving forward. A new process that when proven out
