Uhmmm.  What are you thinking? 4.1 million warrants become exercisable at 75 cents one week from today.  If you think the stock won't sell off between now and then, you just aren't thinking.

You seem to be the only one concerned about it. I'm certainly not. If you're so sure there's going to be a sell off then short the stock.

There's no transaction fee to exercise warrants.  Exercising them and then selling the stock at 90 is a risk-free 16% return.  It can be done the other way around as well. The annualized return today would be 832%. Risk-free. It will sell off, guaranteed.  Probably starting today.

Ok, so in one case people paid $1.31   to buy a share in the pp. They were also given a warrant.  They exercise the warrant for .75, now they have  two shares for a total of $2.06 or $1.03  per share. You want them to sell at .90   Does anyone ever follow your advice?

Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (a “Common Share”) and one Common Share purchase warrant (each whole Common Share purchase warrant, a “Warrant”).
