Converted to 50% ownership of HPQ Polvere (fumed silica division of HPQ Silicon) - (!) HPQ Polvere entered into LOI with largest fumed silica producer in the world to collaborate on testing and tuning of the FSR pilot plant, Evonik Industries as of July 9th, 2024 - 50 TPY Pilot plant pre-commissioning started as of June 5th, 2024 b. Quartz Reduction Reactor (QRR) - Pilot plant commissioned, successful pour conducted, process fully verified, commercial plant design pending - Full capture of carbon oxide byproduct to be re-used as input reductant for QRR or mixed with green hydrogen to produce synthetic fuels. This increases margins and improves business case for QRR 2. Metal Production / Processing a. Iron i. Pelletization - global patent of plasma in iron ore pelletization, site acceptance testing in progress with Rio Tinto (fact), site acceptance testing by Vale (suspected) ("at own pace") b. Final approved obtained for coarse cut powder from major aerospace OEM, some by-the-ton sales happened already - In the process of getting added to approved suppliers' network for the OEM, for coarse cut powders. Expected to be completed by end of summer 2024 - In the process of getting final approval on fine cut powders for the same OEM ii. Spanish aerospace client - (April 30, 2024) Initial powder contract (fine cut 15-63µm) - (June 19, 2024) Second powder contract (fine cut 20-63µm) 5. Cement a. Progressive Planet collaboration to produce cement additive - lab scale results are outsanding, exceeding strength of classic cement. May 2, 2024, the Company and its client announced extremely positive lab strength test results for PozPyro that achieved up to 99.56% above the compressive strength targets for green cement additive products (!) Client is now raising funds for a pilot plant, where Pyrogenesis will be participating in design and construction b. Furnace system - pilot, U.S. Department of Energy & U.S. structural materials entity engaged in the development of advanced cement materials 6. Mining Supplies (parts / equipment) a. (April 17, 2024) Pilot to for cast houses of major mining parts supplier for mining industry 7. Tunneling a.
