He is not making any points, just providing info when it's available. Delasio, can you tell me if there is a maximum of shares the broker can sell per day on behalf of the Trust ? If so, can you point me to the regulation text.? It was not stipulated in the  Form 45-102F1 you posted. TOCKY8008

50,000 share a day and they have to be sold on the open market..no deals....have a nice day

I believe it's up to 50,000 shares a day to a max of 850,000 total for the period. There's many days when they have sols much less than 50k, and definitely sold far less than the 850k for the period.
