EarthGrid - 2 mails I got

By Troy Helming

March
we have signed an agreement with Pyrogenesis to purchase torches from them, but we don't have theirs yet. We plan to order a bunch later this year after we complete some more engineering work on both sides. We're using torches from a few other suppliers at the moment.

May
Pyrogenesis is a supplier to EarthGrid

I recommend to read the PYR NR
Answer 5 and 7
Maybe they relate together

Looks like This 1st Yr (Yr 1) it's about Proof-of-Concept Demonstration ! / maybe 1 or 2 Small Projects If 7 Torches per Boring Machine -- they'll probably need 28 - 49 Torches to really get rolling ! -- at least Swapping & Alternating 2-Boring Machines (with 1 - standby Backup) for 1-Side of any Tunnel (My Guesstimate) For both Sides of a Tunnell (approx. 4-Boring Active Machines ...more

They've tested a machine with 6 torches.  They now want to build and test a machine using 11 torches.  First thought was a contract around 13 million to pyrogenesis,  I believe they're now thinking around 20 to 25 million.  Jm0

This is another huge market...A market that is in it's  infancy...with nowhere to go but up !..$$$... The amount of projects that can use plasma boring torches is mind boggling  !.. Transportation- utilities,  water, power lines , gas +++ Then there's the huge tunnels    for cars   trucks , trains et cetera... The plasma torches make tunneling a different ...more

You're correct Uncle. One should verify the Earthgrid website. Earthgrid is already certified for the most states in the US. https://earthgrid.io/#industries And I repeat myself; let's say 1 project per state with 5 torches. That's a lot of torches. And one torch at 2.6 Mil = much money. And maintenance and consulting and spare parts. Then Earthgrid is already in Iceland  ...more

Interesting article on EarthGrid, take a look at the pictures of the plasma boring machine and compare these with the pictures from EarthGrid's patent (see below). Looking more into EarthGrid, note that they have been granted utility status with a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) in 37 States, with more on the way: https://earthgrid.io/#industries By registering as a utility and obtaining a CPCN, EarthGrid has an increased likelihood of being granted Right of Way (ROW) permits along state and county roads for underground conduits ...more

Many Thx 'kjs4381' for latest more accurate Specs -- how ever this Evolves as Troy says "We plan to order a bunch later this year after we complete some more engineering work on both sides." -- they will figure it All Out (they're Engineers) !!! * as 3P has said ' they have a seat at the Table ' & and it looks like Troy wants Pyro Torches !!!

The January 16th NR outlined a potential contract for 5 torches for approximately 13 million.

Read that one more time. Or remain in complete denial. This company "of Peter's" doesn't deliver on its contracts. It doesn't collect on them either . The biggest contract of them all is now officially 3 years in arrears.

More lies from you, They are in the process of collecting...  Tell me genius, what will be the impact of this in the Q2 financial? So who  is in Denial?
Comment by tamaracktop on Jul 14, 2024 7:02pm
I'll tell you exactly what it means for the financials, since you obviously can't figure it out yourself and had to ask. It means that the working capital deficit will be $4 million less in the red than it would have been if they hadn't collected it. It doesn't bolster the company's cash one bit. The company owes $11 million more than it's owed today. The only way it ...more
