Tocky8008, I believe you are reading the content incorrectly. IMO - AMF is stating (alleges) that Pyro does not satisfy all the requirements necessary to complete the financing ... they will not have available funds to meet its business objectives and liquidity requirements for a period of 12 months. The AMF alleges in the order that PyroGenesis does not satisfy all of the requirements

Dalesio_98, I read part of  NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 45-106  PROSPECTUS EXEMPTIONS. Specifically part 5a. section i state : "at the time of the distribution, the issuer reasonably expects that the issuer will have available funds to meet its business objectives and liquidity requirements for a period of 12 months following the distribution; Therefore, the AMF did not think PYR add

They were at the time pursuing the witchhunt ,  trying to milk Peter for 10 million.  Let's not beat around the bush and question why they blocked that PP. Fact remains, well over 12 months later the company is still operating.

It would look pretty bad if the amf let that PP go through, then a short time later say they are going after Peter financially.  Don't ya think?  That's why the pp was blocked.

Well it's been LONGER than 12 months from February 2023, and PYR is still very much in business, and receiving million dollar payments. So the AMF was clearly, WRONG.
