So an investor group is in the midst of acquiring Radian,  and Radian has a jv agreement with PyroGenesis . This group felt it prudent to invest in pyrogenesis besides already being a partner after the Radian acquisition.  This sounds like it could be the precursor to a much bigger jv deal.
Definitely shows there's been a lot more going on behind the scenes than most realize.  Jmo

I believe this is much more significant than most  realize.  Pyrogenesis already had money in the bank and was due to receive more with warrant repricing,  so something came up that caused them to put this pp together quickly.   Pyrogenesis has plans for expansion to Europe and other plans that all requires money.  More news to follow soon. The inflow of cash over the past few months is good and even more so necessary.  There are still ways to go to have a healthy working capital before talking about any meaningful expansions. Other positive developments would be big companies ponying up some decent deposits on large orders or someone coming in to JV on something that has deep pockets to shoulder the necessary financial weight.

I have to say, I mostly agree with your  comments. I would like to add one thing. We have no idea how much they have accomplished behind the scenes the last two years or so. We have no idea how far along those developments are. A lot cam be accomplished in a couple of years. For me the need to do this now (immediately) says that it's a fast moving story. Jmo

I would hardly say they were in dire need of funding. Just wondering if anyone has any guesses how deep of a pocket an investor group has when making a $400k strategic investment.  The pumpers here can chime in with a rough order of magnitude of their own investment after buying it constantly over the past half decade or so.

Well it was a $500 k investment.  My guess is they are worth somewhere in the billions, since not only are they investing in the pp, but buying Radian oil and gas from the Haka group, which owns Radian. Jmo
