Some people here are holding on only because they think it's cheap, because it once traded at $12.

These people are either uniformed or inexperienced, or both.

They might think it couldn't possibly go under.

Nortel did.

Nortel once employed more than 90,000 workers worldwide and was worth nearly $300 billion, making it one of Canada's most valuable companies

On an interesting side note, Frank Dunn replaced John Roth as CEO at Nortel after Roth retired: Frank A. Dunn is a Canadian business executive who was the chief executive officer of Nortel Networks. In 2007, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed civil fraud charges against him, and three former senior executives, in a wide-ranging financial ...more

top You comment that charges were filed but don't say what the result was, And Dunn from what i remember was way after the fact , it was John Roth who was CEO before March 2000 when the mkt. crashed and Nortel started to implode. He in Jan 2000 cashed out $150 M in stock options at the height of the mkt. 3 mths before. For eveybody's  info to clarify  sump's comment on Dunn ...more

Yes, I'm well aware of all the circumstances surrounding Nortel's downfall.  My major point was that PyroGenesis isn't "too big to fail" The part I added about Frank Dunn was a side note that was obscure. Personally, I think your man has pushed the envelope insider-trading wise on a number of occasions.  One example of which was on Friday, October 7th, 2022 ...more
