Chew on this
During his original stint as Chairman of PyroGenesis, Alan Curleigh exercised 110,000 options at 21 cents on November 15th, 2017.
He sold 80,500 shares on December 4th and 5th, 2018.
He resigned on September 29th, 2019.
Now he's back as Chairman.
Sedi shows he has a zero balance.
He must have sold the balance after he left.
He wouldn't have had to file, because he was no longer an insider.
He's never bought a single share since his return, and he's back Chairman of the Board.
As of a year and a half ago.
He's Chair, and he doesn't own any stock.

Really. He filed his insider status a week after the announcement. The filing announces that he's now an insider. His opening balance is zero as of that filing. There's been nothing reported since. Where the hell did those shares come from.
