Not sorry about posting facts at all
The opportunity for warrant holders to exercise their warrants and simultaneously sell stock in the market will be too enticing to miss anywhere in the very low eighties.
That's why you won't see a close over .85 for a very, very long time.
At .85, a holder of 20,000 warrants can pocket a quick two grand.
They can even sell the stock before they exercise their warrants.
The mechanics of how warrants work are going to put a lid on this for a very long time.
These volumes won't support a move higher.
The risk/reward parameters at eighty-two cents are terrible.
Sell this pig.

Posted last Monday, closed 82 cents. Buy some here. You might be able to sell it at .85, if you're lucky.

Trust me, I know, the warrant holders are looking for a much bigger bang for their buck. Furthermore, your theory blows up upon a significant contract being signed. And the chances of a significant contract are very good indeed

You miss his point , the warrants were free upon the PP they still own the shares. Dd glta

Filoo, I definitely do not miss the point. He makes no point. The warrants that are subject to repricing at the option of the holders thereof are repriced to 75 cents. They aren't free. My guess is that Tam doesn't want share price to go above 93 cents for five days. If that happens, those who have opted for repricing, automatically have to exercise ...

Some of the shareholders incorrectly thought it was already triggered during the last runup. Good luck to All!

Things changed, they did a pp and didn't need to trigger it. But the qualifications were met, the sp was above. 94 for 5 consecutive days.

Many of those "facts" I cited are from memory only. I'm quite sure they're very accurate. If I'm off on anything, it's not by much at all.

TamarackTop, You said : "The company filed an NCIB not too long ago. The company can buy back stock in the market at its discretion, without reporting." Can you provide a date ? TOCKY8008

Exactly Harjay, and thank you. Once an issuer bid is approved, it's good for one year. The company is allowed to buy it's own stock in the market whenever it wants until October 3rd.

top my purpose of posting that was you said in an earlier post that PYR recently filed an NCIB , tthat was nearly a yr ago , NOT recently., why you are stating in this post that a co. can buy back its own stock anytime is not the subject of your previous post and everybody knows tht , so you've changed the subject.

Changed the subject? How's that. The NCIB is good for a year. Recent enough to be still in effect. Exactly my point in my observation of 12 consecutive daily recoveries from below 80 cents to close above it. Not changing the subject one bit THAT'S EXACTLY MY POINT!

Oh great TamTam In your infinite wisdom You "infer" and want us to believe that the company repurchased a few shares in the last couple of weeks to keep the SP say above $0.80 ? Really, that's your revelance ? It's not just your sense of smell and taste you should get checked buy a doctor.! TOCKY8008

Dalesio_98 I had a few minutes for some banter. I really wanted him to answer though, clearly state his line of thought. He has not responded to my posts for more than a month now. He must have blocked me. Or he's afraid to engage. He must be too busy with Thinkbig. TOCKY8008

Incorrect HARJAY. Care to post the dates to the last runup above 93.75 cents for 5 consecutive days? They were certainly before July 17, 2024. Good luck to All!
