Most definitely they should start working on components now. They have 100+ employees that have been doing very little for years now so if they have any cash left they should use it on material instead of director bonuses.It might also be good for morale as no one likes sitting around watching paint dry.

I'm thinking they have some components stocked already. Or should anyways. They bought equipment years ago that would help them cut down production time on some torch components. The torch themselves are probably harder to stockpile due to clients different specs needs. Thats why I said better to wait for ink before getting those built as I'm sure the cash situation isn't the best
