Again. Let's try this one last time. The ASDP plan. Is. AUTOMATIC.

The ASDP is automatic and I believe the Sept. 17, 2024 NI 45-102F1 filing expires today or tomorrow. The NCIB filed Oct. 6, 2023 expired on Oct. 5, 2024. Mr. Pascali/Mellon Trust ought to file a new NI 45-102F1 ASDP asap. Good luck to All!

Now, do you understand what "automatic" means? Or should I fetch you the definition?

At this rate Mellon Trust could be depleted within 4 weeks. Just in time for big EVONIK, or government news. Going to be much harder to get shares at this price very soon. Government is giving out lots of money for this type of GREEN Business.

You obviously haven't been here long enough to see a Mellon reload. Most recent one was around 2022 iirc. Almost guaranteed at this point with the last PP or two going through Mellon. Even when the company doesn't make money, Peter always does...

So you are implying that once these remaining shares are sold off, Mellon Trust will have millions more shares reloaded to dump into the market? Mellon Trust participated in the last PP this summer for only 200,000 shares. I am curious, what is this indirect ownership in the Mellon Trust account?

Don't they have to divest a certain pourcentage of shares each year in the 2% fondation??? Any input appreciated. Glta DD

No need, It's AUTOMATIC too when I tell my broker to buy X amount of shares for an Y company at a Z frequence. And same goes for selling if I decides to do so, then the money ends up in my account or my affiliated account.
