A FEW TECHNICAL & GOVERNANCE ISSUES

There's more to tax loss selling started weeks"season" than what has been represented here. Don't forget the CRA 30 day rule. If you repurchase the stock you sold within 30 days then CRA will not recognize the initial sale for tax purposes.

it can very well be that smart investors have sold weeks, if not months ago for tax loss purposes. It gives them more options. They sell months ago, create the loss and then buy back in December. Could be that these people are buying now.

The number of directors; their pay and the number of meetings is well within the norm for a public company

I don't begrudge Pascali's actions in funding Pyrogenesis. His financings hold up to public scrutiny. Pascali's focus is long term. He owns too many shares to be anything but.

What do you know about Pascali’s focus? He may decide to exit imminently, retire and travel the word with his new partner.

Get real. He owns what 75,000,000 shares and it's been his business for how many decades?  He's seeing this through to full commercialization.  Well worry about a succession plan later.  He's no fly by nighter. Not be any stretch

You almost got it right Melida. "it can very well be that smart investors have sold weeks, if not months ago for tax loss purposes...." Smart investors sold years ago.

... and got or are getting back in

Let me explain something to you Melida.  What I'm going to explain involves citing Facts. Every day last week, the trust's average selling price was below the day's VWAP.  What does that mean? It means the trust is selling at the bid. The trust doesn't put in orders at the offer and wait for the market to come to "it", it waits until there's a decent ...more

Thanks for the insight. Not sure it's correct but I don't care. It's short term noise.

You can be sure it's correct. When someone or something is trying to sell size, they don't show their hand. The trust didn't sell 121,400 last week by putting in an order to sell 121,400 shares at $0.6191.

36,000 showing on the bid at .61, 1500 offered at .63. Let's see if that bid lasts.

Toppert1 That 14000 sales was at 11:13, 11:18 not  at 11:40 The bid and ask only shows on TSX, not all the other exchanges like Omega,Pure,CXD So your 32000 bid @ 0.61 is somewhat skewed. For an ex Finance guy at RBC, it's not impressive. But again, it's the intention, right? TOCKY8008

Let me explain some uncomfortable facts Melida.  The last time this stock traded at 59 cents was on June 18th.  That was a while ago. It's knocking on the door. It's been as high as $1.10 since then, on July 10th to be precise.  Despite all the wonderful news, such as payments from Radian and a $27 million contract, and all the wonderful predictions here, the stock last ...more

There you just saw exact what I meant. There was no indication of any size on the offer, rather There was 500 offered at .63. A sale just went through of 14,500 at .61. This will continue.  There's still 20 yards on the bid, what are you waiting for? People here who are worried that this could go to .55 or even .50 need to revise their worries downward.  They need to do it ...more

You won't accept it if you don't read the tape. You don't even have to read it, just look at it.
