He's been selling the shares in the trust in batches, when a batch ran out he started a new batch from the trust. BUT now the trust is empty , no more shares left so cannot start a new batch. So the daily drag ( I think 10% of the average volume) is no longer gonna keep the share price down. Without these shares being sold daily the price will be allowed to soar.its been a long time coming. I don't know about the warrants if any or the convertible loan.If somebody can explain those 2 items to me it would be greatly appreciated....

"no more shares left so cannot start a new batch" You might want to review the Canadian Trust rules, but as I understand it, you can transfer assets to a trust at any time if you follow the CRA guidelines. Also, what is to stop someone from selling personal shares, if they have followed securities regulations? So, I think that it is indeed possible sales continue from insiders. Time
