I ask you all .."Where is the justice in this?"
"As of November 11, 2024 the Investor: (i) beneficially owns and controls 67,892,941 common shares, (ii) controls 5,636,000 common shares beneficially owned by 8339856 Canada Inc. (an entity of which he is a director, executive officer and the sole shareholder), (iii) controls 403,957 common shares beneficially owned by Fiducie de Crdit Mellon Trust (a trust of which he is a trustee, executive officer and beneficiary), and (iv) controls 4,000,000 common shares beneficially owned by The 2% Solution Foundation (a registered charity of which he is a director)."
Pascali has sold 392.200 shares in the trust since November 11th.
He still owns 72,468,298 shares in 4 different entities/accounts as of yesterday.
If he were to sell every single one of those shares at just 20 cents, he would still scorf an additional $14,493,659 for his "contribution" to this company.
" Thanks for supporting me everybody. See ya. "
If I were you, I'd be mad as hell.
I don't even own this, and it upsets Me.
That much should be obvious by now.

Notice the "charity" reportedly has 4 million shares. They don't have to report, nevertheless that figure looks "off" to me. Might be worth investigating.

You had my post removed for bullying, aaawh, poor... Here it is without... Almost all in caps ,really!!! Did I hit a nerve? Peter has control over the foundation,so the foundation has to report it. Otherwise it would not be included in the press release you quoted. There is nothing to be "investigated". Again your posts look like tiny top. TOCKY8008
