Who has he ruined?  Spell out in detail the deception and the greed. Also, how many shares did he sell when share price unrealistically popped to $12.00.  While you're at it explain the possible applications of a 20 MW plasma torch. Any idea whatsoever about the recent contract worth $27,000,000.00?  Any idea what HPQ does?   The above is only the tip of the iceberg. I ...more

I lost a lot of money because I believed what he said with the emphasis that as a CEO he knows that others don't.  That can be said by any CEO and is understood but when you emphasize that in a news release it carries that much more weight.

The stock went to $12.00 and only had $17,000,000 in revenue that year. No way it could sustain that price at that time. And answer the question, how many shares did 3P sell at that time?   Lots more can be said about this issue but it's all been said before.  Buy some at 52 cents for goodness sakes

Look at the filings.  I believe he sold over $10 million on the way up.  Of course it couldn't sustain that with $17 million in revenues.  But pricing over 100 torches as several million $ each could sustain even higher SP given broader significance. Give it up.  You will never win an argument suggesting that company disclosure did not warrant higher SP had even a fraction ...more

Ultimately, you have to take some responsibility for your actions. At the material time $12.00 was a fantasy. Take the facts to an investment banker if you think I'm full of it. At the material time buying at such an elevated price was a momentum play that didn't pan out.  The run up was a perfect storm the faked a lot of retail investors. I distinctly remember BNN networks ...more

Is that the guy on BNN that was attributed by PYR as causing the drop in the stock price after which they issued a news release? I believe you for the investment bankers. And I believe that at 52 cents they would say it is a gamble because of the unpretty balance sheet and no visibility yet towards profitability.

After what PYR has done for the past 4 years, one can only assume the company will likely be the subject of a class-action lawsuit in the near future. Of course this will be after the ongoing lawsuit. Exciting times though!

A class action lawsuit?  Not a chance. The only class action lawsuit I see on the horizon is one against a coordinated group of bashers on this board.  one of their newer tactics is to artificially increase the number of views of their posts. One went so far as to use the number of their views as some sort of validation of their opinions. Bizarre to say the least.  There will be ...more
