PYR very confident the case declared unconstitutional

@AtachetatuqueHere is my summary, at least what I understood, of today's AMF hearing. It's quite technical and it was quite brief, around 15 minutes. The administrative judge, Antonietta Melchiorre read a long “decision.” What I understand is that the request to have sections 15.1 and 15.5 of the Financial Sector Regulation Act declared unconstitutional, to quash the subpoenas and to order the return of the seized documents, the request is his course. The request for a preliminary debate was accepted and a hearing was set for January 20, 2025. The lawyer for Peter Pascali and Alan Curleigh Master Isabella Teolis seemed pleased with this decision. Nobody objected. I hope I have understood enough of the issues. (

Yes, you were there, and they weren't, but within seconds of you posting this, they have read through all the hundreds of pages of documents and made a conclusion that is a success for PYR. what a freaking joke. these guys will just say what they want, without any evidence just to suck people in

It would seem a stretch to think the  confidentiality provisions are not constitutional as they  allow the AMF to obtain information from market participants without fear of disclosure, which is essential for effective enforcement of securities laws. We will see-but the overhang continues on the stock me thinks

Marseille11, This was the post you started with, not a response to Pyritetrap, he only responded later. Marseille-read this again and provide me any evidence that there has been any constitutional challenges successfully launched at the AMF in this regard. You dismiss the legitimacy of the AMF case, without any basis, without any evidence, despite all of the allegations which are outlined in the extensive attachments. Your comments, are worthless. You also don't provide any supporting ...more
