I noticed that the ammendment filed on Sedar announcing the company's name change is signed 
" Hantz Prosper - Director "

Who the hell is Hantz Prosper??

The document also notes " Originally signed by Mark Paterson "

I am not sure if I recall correctly or if I do but things have changed, aren't the financials and changes in directors mandatory disclosures where a lot of other stuff depends on the interpretation of "material"?

I did a search on Sedar, since you brought it up, it turns out that the individual he mentionned " Hantz Prosper", is a director for the Government of Canada. His signature is on a certificate for the name change. It's all here : Sedar filing The Fluff Master saw it and couldn't make sense of it ???. He

You should read more about this company TOCKY8008, you don't seem to know much at all. I'll straighten you out on this subject once and for all, unless you can come up with a rebuttal that makes a shred of sense.  The corporate document you're harping about contains the declaration " I certify that I'm a director of the Corporation." It also clearly states, "

Toppert1, For information purposes: Hantz Prosper is an authorized signatory for Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISDE) re Director. Me Mark Patterson, PyroGenesis Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary is an authorized signatory re Officer, not Director. Good luck to All!

It looks like the links I provided have an expiry date ??? People can do a Sedar search for december for Pyrogenesis in the profile section. The filing was dated 09 dec 2024. Here is a picture : As you can see, the first page is a certificate signed by a government employee  Hantz Prosper. The second page is the Form filed by Pyrogenesis for the name change. The original was not filed with
