That they received the Radian payment today and NR could come out on January 2nd.

3P said they had negotiated a payment plan to receive the bulk of the AR by the end of the calendar year.  If you can't trust what a CEO says then you have a house of cards....with cards being pulled.  

He was pretty firm about this payment plan so looking for the confirmation this week.  A good way to start a new year by collecting a couple of million of pure cash with no associated costs.  Pure cash is what they pretty desperately need when they have so many irons in the fire!
