PYR Current Poison Pills

The Fact many posters don't address is why HPQ has two business lines fumed silica and battery tech hinged to the mothership PYR on 50-50 ownership arrangements.

Also PYR has over half it's shares controlled by the CEO and insider ownership.
Why would Peter and Bernard do this and maintain these poison pills over the years.
At some point everything has a price, but Peter and Bernard carefully hold the line.

COGT, could you elaborate on the 50-50 ownership arrangement between HPQ and PYR for the battery tech? New to me yet I listened to all the videos and read all the news releases relating to batteries.
