PyroGenesis president may sell up to 850,000 shares

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that PyroGenesis Inc.'s president and chief executive officer, P. Peter Pascali, has filed a notice of intention to sell up to 850,000 common shares of the company starting Jan. 14, 2025. According to the TSX, Mr. Pascali currently holds 66,392,941 shares of the company. He also holds 5,636,000 shares through 8339856 Canada Inc., 57 shares through Fiducie de Credit Mellon Trust and 5.5 million shares through The 2% Solution Foundation.
