I wonder if it relates to Tim Horton's expanding into pizza/flatbread. Not the same as full size takeout, but if the TH pizzas are half decent, it would certainly hurt single slice sales at pizza pizza.  Wouldn't you think?

I did a quick chart comparison of QSR and PZA, revealing that both have tanked recently. Restaurant Brands International, in case you didn't know, is much larger and more representative of the overall fast food scene, holding Tim Hortons, Firehouse sub, Popeyes, and Burger King franchises. It has dropped over 10% in approximately the last month.  So hopefully this indicates a sector wide ...more

Not to worry.....With the latest Federal budget released yesterday, doling more free MOOLA for everyone, I heard the following from the Hill, LET THEM EAT PIZZA!......PZA should do ok for a while yet.....JHMO!
