Quebec politicians are the most corrupt in Canada.  They are such a failure to this country.  Our PM and the Quebec Premier are two greatest examples.

 Fair enough , The supposed la Belle Provance has that reputation . However, who were the instagators who fabricated  Qec's  phony price manipulation " SCAM " Hmm  ,extremely high volumes on the Norvegian Exchange ...very suspicious !!
