Quebec total value for QEC could be up to 20Bn$

In the latest corporate presentation they set a risked value on 5% of their acreage of more or less 1Bn $. Now that should translate to around 20Bn$ if we evaluate the whole license that they hold. This is also my extreme compensation case if we go to court and get a total win. My medium case is about 1-2 Bn$ and low is no compensation or about 200m$. 

But I have no idea how warm those calculators will go and how high compensation they will be prepared to give. 

I have no hopes that they will do a U-turn and allow it. Quebec is a special place with special people so it will be interesting to see if they go for banana republic or not...

Nope. This is supposedly from the court case QEC has with Quebec which is currently paused: "As for the net income before tax that Questerre could be deprived of due to the Fracking ban, it was estimated by GLJ to be in the order of 3.28 billion as of 30 June 2018, with a discount rate of 10%, which illustrates serious and irreparable prejudices of this decision.
