This is absolutely true, but what we don't know is if there was a more important event that occured preventing the posting of Fins.  They are not officially due for quite a while, so it was interesting to me that they would have them available so early.

PTQ fiscal year is Oct 1 - Sept 30 so today is not early, it's almost the last day, assuming it's 4 months for Venture year-end reporting. They reported full year and Q4 on Jan. 28 last year.

My mistake - you are correct.  I was thinking they were a Dec 31 year end - whoops.  All of a sudden this is a lot more concerning

We could be then looking at a material event.    They did request the trading halt but this may have been in line with the anticipation of the conference call.   However, if something significant has come up in very recent history, this would seem to be in line with what is happening.  Don't panic, this potential "material event" could in fact be good news.&
