delay not significantly material. this will be significant.  imho

A delay in releasing F/S  with a previously announed F/S release date and CC is significant and very material. Period. Also missing the required filing date puts them offside with their listing requirements, which is very material.  We shall see...

Missing listing filing deadline and not releasing F/S is not simple. They have some explaining to do. This could be halted for awhile. It is material and it is significant.

F/S have been delayed. Now we need to find out why they were delayed. Abviously some kind of issue with them that needs to be resolved.
