I assume the shorter's thesis is that the uplist will require some kind of reverse split which often doesn't go that well for the SP - but definitely not a 100% rule. Is this what they're thinking, or is it something else?

I think reverse splits have a bad wrap... correlation not causation... I think they normally don't work out well Becuase the companies doing them are doing them Becuase their SP has suffered in the past and need to take action etc. But if a reverse split is done for the right reason (uplisting) and the company and its share price was performing well in the past (certainly true for ptq over the
