I am not on the B2B  ignore list . -----------Getting back to nuts and bolts for a minute ,I just keep on trying to enhance to you ,  the overwhelming need for (tuck ins in core ares). I 've mentioned this for 2 years. -------   One scenario is a large buy ,but definately not my style. We can do a lot more with small tuck-ins in core ares. ---Poster Iscfa,   likes the thought of getting free clients from ma/pa  stragglers ,but we dont want that. We get weak clients that do not have good payors behind them . If they had good insurance payors.the operation would not be struggling .Stay away from weaklings clients  ,sorry to say . --We need  good quality tuck-ins ,good payors ,good cross selling prospects,solid company before we buy ,and in OUR CORE AREAS.Add that to a company that might be ''a little light) on respiratoy %  --Fine to buy an outlet in Daytona,that means Crawford has found a solid company in need of additional sales and maint room.  Hurry up Greg,dont dither,we've bought the outlet ,lets get that cross selling going . This year Greg .

I don't think the fact that PTQ has been built on tuckins is lost to anyone BUT I'm more interested in working with what we have and maximizing eps and other soft but steadily improving metrics until the best deal can be closed.  Until then, no mistakes. We need 14 consecutive q's of improvements, then 15 and so on. Build this puppy one brick at a time. No mistakes.we're going ...more

I agree, have not sold a single share. Would like to know, how WEL, has such a lofty share price, when their revenue is half that of PTQ, quarter over quarter? Regards ,The Khyber

I think you've made the key point and it's why I will wait till Q2 is in to decide whether to buy more, despite tempting prices now.  What we have is a thesis: that Greg is patient and waits till he has the ideal acquisition and we are the impatient ones.  Ergo, the thesis will be proved or disproved by the quarterly numbers.  But maybe that's the Q3 numbers, in fact ...more
