I see no upside. Buying a mainly a vent business given Gov't watch dog attacks on VMD, will mean nothing. IMO

NIV's are a bust and doing business with the gov't as main payer/price setter is a bust. 

I take the 2% loss and will re evaluate near the end of June. on possible Nastag pop and end of warrant shorts. Sometimes you just need to know you made a bad trade and take the loss. risk reward is not there. IMO

Current Q will be another loss, so see no upside to it.
