Warrant expiry

I expect the warrants to be exercised tomorrow but what are the chances that the holders let them expire. Seems like we could use the cash because I think they have a larger acquisition in mind. I'm guessing they are waiting to collect the cash so they don't have dip into their credit in order to make the purchase. What do you guys think would be the most ideal outcome for the company?

Two options: 1.  Release positive transitional acquisition PR (LOI  or closed deal) tomorrow to entice the holders to convert before the end of the trading day 2.  Let them expire and release PR of aquisitions at a later date and release more shares  at a higher price. (hopefully without warrants) I would personally prefer the former....

THESIS:  Releasing a LOI or closed deal tomorrow to entice warrant holders to convert would  pay for  a "substantial portion " of a transitional buy FACT: They have guided for ARR of 135 MM USD by the end of the calendar year 2021 FACT: As per Beacon,   QIPT will need to aquire approx 25 MM USD after organic growth (questionable) to meet their growth targets ...more

I guess we will see by tomorrow. Either way they have checked off a lot of boxes to facilitate major growth in the future. I didn't like the name change at first but it's somewhat trendy and unique and will definitely help develop them as a national brand down the line which will help a lot with organic growth. Seems like eons since the last acquisition but it's only been 5 months. I ...more

If it's anything like my recent experience exercising warrants it'll take a longer than tomorrow to know.  I called my broker to exercise warrants (different equity) and it was 10 business days until they actually took the money from my account and delivered the shares.  So, I'm assuming there's always some lag in the reporting of all this - but it's possible my ...more
