Answers to Questions during Canaccord Growth Conf.

This is the slimmed down version:

Impact on Competitive Bidding if there was a round in 2024?

Medicare did not achieve its expectations. The released rates in January were 40-50% higher in major metro areas. This bodes well if there was a round in 2024, it would most likely be for higher rates

Are you able to quantify the increase in oxygen rates?

Not publishing it but is a modest growth to the bottom line. Making significant investment to oxygen platform.

Can you talk about the geographic areas with most growth?

Looking at all markets especially continuum areas with cities and towns not yet covered. For acquisitions, anything with a good product mix, insurance portfolio that could help venture into the new area

Current acquisition pipeline?

4 acquisitions YTD, busy for 2nd half. Expect new states, new insurance contracts. Expecting to reach their goal of 135m run rate within the year. Will continnue to be disciplined for a longterm model.

Philips Recall - whats the impact?

Primarily a Resmed vendor. Has had some impact in allocations but have been able to navigate it from a revenue standpoint and dont see any material impact. There are pain points but ops is doing an excellent job managing it.

Challenges in filling job roles?

Hiring a top priority and looking to fill leadership positions. Patient facing positions have been a challenge but please w where they are

How do you differentiate on technology?

Look at tech from how do they streamline operations and increase patient care while reducing touchpoints.
Industry has a current focus on onboarding and there are technologies out there. They have some proprietary analysis capabilities but their main focus is on patient care and where they believe they stand out.

Omg Gibby, any shred of dignity you had just got washed away with that comment. It has been 135m usd run rate by the end of 2021 for a while now, probably since the beginning of the year.  Are you telling us that mgmt is guiding to do 2 mil over the remainder of the year?  Go look at the Colliers report from June 2nd and it states that managements targeted run rate by the end of ...more

You mean the way they quoted organic growth as 5% growth quarter over quarter in Q1 and 13% year over year in Q2 because they had no organic growth quarter over quarter in Q2 ??

Carlito, Crawford cannot promise that they're going to get to 135 by year end but he did say most likely by this year (end of 2021) We've talked about some of their potential acquisitions and I mentioned they listed Medical West Healthcare (https://medicalwesthealthcare.com/) on their website under 'other locations'.This section has now been removed. Currently speculative, but if ...more
