Not now - that is why it is referred to as a shelf!
To be used later - to be drawn down on at a later date. Stored on shelf till needed. Lots of time to run the price up on good news on revenue growth and good acquisitions. I cannot see it happing until $10 to $12 range at a minimum. There is plenty of cashflow, cash on hand and LOC room available for acquisitions to get the share price to this level.

Agreed Brent... the acquisition catalogue is getting heated, and to have the bank account ready for bigger acquisitions, if and when they arise, is like having all the bullets you'll need to hunt elephants.. a hunting we will go..! ;-)
