I hate to second-guess the stock but

Going out on a limb here, I would expect to see, if we can pick up three to five points this week then next week we should be able to nudge close to 8.25 setting up a Jan 27 bump to $8.50 and a lift to $9 the following day, being nr day. There could be some nervous selling at 8:50 but the longs should rule the day forcing the bid into the ask. It would be nice to see the financials on the 28th to give sp time to inch up prior to the release. IMHO

The caveat being if NASDAQ and venture continue to sell off then we'll be fighting the river which may take some of the shine off of the financials and impact share price performance, however frustrating that will be to watch qipt should come out of it ahead of $8.50 resistance we have seen in the past couple of news events.
