As nice as it would be to see QIPT run up, the greedy side of me is hoping it stays down for a good while longer. The longer it stays down, the more opportunity us small fish have to add to our positions.

It's becoming clear now, the only way we will realize a jump up in the stock price is for someone to buy Quipt out. The market does not agree with us that this share price is undervalued. It hasn't agreed for a long long time now.  IMO

Crawford has said he prefers to announce only closed deals but regulations require disclosure of material LOI's, dumbass.

RE LOI's needing to be announced. He never answered the analyst question directly. He spun it. ISCFA post the link where he discussed it in the CC.. In the context of a merger transaction, a board resolution will constitute a “decision to implement a material change” only if there is sufficient evidence for the board to conclude that there is sufficient commitment from the parties to
