Trytobelong, I am a little confused as to the the conversion price. The news release states $6.48 CAD, however others have said that the actual conversion price is $5.20. Obviously I am missing something and why does the 20 days begin today?

was hoping a finish over 6,48... if QIPT finish over 6,48 $ during 20 consecutive days, management can force all debenture holders to give their debentures for 192.31 shares at 5.20 $... it's why we have difficulties to stay above 6,48 $

Trytobelong, I have to admit that I am losing my patience with Quipt and these facking markets. More specific to the continued manipulation of the stock price. We all know the pattern and so does the company, the question remains what can they do about it? In the past 8 or 9 days we have had 2 pretty good news releases that in all honesty didn't really produce that much trading volume. You

Agree 100 % with you Tropicalsun... but I keep faith ! I was in PHM when it was at 2 $ and more (more than 5 years ago)... then I can wait again ! Have a good day

by the way, we are on a reverse trend (daily)... and even if we touch 5,91 $ cdn, we are still in a reverse trend !

Lots of shares trading hands tho, if you've been watching the volume on the ATS and the V since the acquisition was announced on the 19th. There's been roughly 200-400k in volume daily on the Canadian side... Even today it's already at 120k GLTA

The $6.48 VWAP threshold does set up an interesting chain of events.   If they were to close the LOI in next few weeks and then post decent results for Q2 in mid May, this would probably be enough to keep the share price steady above the $6.48 mark into June.   The conversion of the Debentures themselves would be another positive step towards higher share prices.  This 'debt'
