Ahead of the herd through good DD/Debenture overhang...

Well, we all know regular posters (the herd) on here thought I was nuts for bringing up the warrant overhang one year ago. At that time I said the Debenture overhang would also effect the share price as the forced conversion date approached. (see below). To make money in the market, you have to be one step ahead of the herd, especially with risky micro caps like Quipt. No one else saw this debenture overhang coming over one year ago, but at least one of us posting here is making money....GLTA

Convertible hedging no different than warrant hedging

So some posters on here complain about S/P manipulation . Well the company's own corporate structure is set up for manipulation. also,  the reason it is undervalued. Now you know why. millions of Debentures, warrants and options give high end investors an edge and ability to manipulate with zero risk.  Retial pick up the scraps and provide the fuel. .

No argument about that issue but the problem with this bit of crowing is that you continue to act as if this is the whole story. If market conditions, war front, covid, supply disruptions and the hate-on for the health sector were not significantly more important factors the company could not see coming and could do little about, you'd be singing a different tune (ie., patting yourself on the

Ol Griz....Quipt has been declinig from $10.00 long before the issues you mentioned and will continue to do so, with the odd bump from retial buying on news.  Quipt is a poor investment, but a good trader, if you know what is going on and do good DD. IMO You my friend, are part of the herd with little understanding what you invested in.  We shall see. In the end, it is all about
