and the company still can't turn a profit. That should tell you something?

F'ing moron.  The deficit is not all due to operations. e.g. $50 million was the write off of goodwill due to D&G overpaying for Sleep Mgmt. and Patient Aids.

No matter how you spin it, they lost hundreds of millions of dollars and continue to add lto those loses,with no profit after 12 years or more in buisness. The questions is, will they ever be profitable given regulated low reimbursements rates and the MGT's compensation plan?  Given S/P performance, I think the market says no. IMO GLTA

Another $71 million was due to spinoff of Viemed... Total carrying value of net assets distributed on spin off was $71,587,000.
