Bright Future
I'll be the first to admit that this Board is probably correct in that there will be a bit of downward pressure on the stock going into September because of the dilutive effect of issuing 1.8 M new shares. Albeit this should already be factored into the price by now. It's inevitable that some debenture holders will liquidate in early September. This coupled with a miss on EPS, one has to expect a bit of a pull back short term. If we float down to ridiculous levels such as around $6 CAD, be ready to snap up that bargain as this will be the last time you see the SP this low again.
I say this this because the current quarter ending Sept. 30 will now incorporate all remaining interest and administrative costs to closing out the debentures (almost 2 years early, I might add) and may also feature a new acquisition of significant size with the credit facility now being secured. Let's face it, the main reason why we hover around a neutral EPS right now is that there is a rapid reinvestement of OPERATIONAL CASH FLOW back into the business and to fuel (at least in part) new ongoing acquisitions.
Acquisitions realistically also take up; human resources, time and money. They are obviously on a conservative track to ensure that only 1-2 acquisitions per quarter are taken on to not strain resources, and these acquisitions are very likely the best deal, or the best long term piece available at that particular time. Growth at this speed and in the short term is hard to yield immediate bottom line results, but its the best path for the company mid and long term.
If the road to EPS profitability is taking too long in your opionion, you should consider moving funding to a blue chip, steady dividend payer. I doubt many holding QIPT are looking for this type of investment, however. I like that the debentures are behind us, I like that their margins look very safe at 21%+ of EBITDA and I like that operations are yielding cash flows each quarter. They also look quite determined to not further dilute the stock and instead tap into the new credit facility. This should keep the share price buoyant due to lack of dilution and reduced overall interest costs short/medium term.
Hang in there folks. The best is yet to come.

Hey santimonious Dave. You arn't really a shining example of Ms. Manners when it comes to what you have to say to Duster340 either. Stop expecting everyone to believe that you are the perfect speciman of how people should keep their opinions to themselves and clam up because you say so. Hypocrite.

I am tired of your line and your b*tthurt whine. You do NOT represent the views of all the long term holds. I should have put you on ignore as soon as you showed up with a copycat handle. Now's the time.
