  Fire the IR dept..... Co. must have been told by auditors the fins would be finalized by say Dec 16 so co. scheduled a CC for Dec 22.... Then auditors got delayed but co. thought it would look bad to postpone the CC so they issue prelim no.s instead..... This looks worse though.   Why issue prelims a week away from final no.s?
