Be realistic in your expectations over the next few months. Accretive is the word to keep in mind when market conditions or low volume smackdowns are in play. Those are the buying opportunities because two quarters out accretive will be proved, fcf and EPS growth will impress and then we'll start trading at the multiples analysts expect. Knowing what we know about this acquisition and it's near transformational impact I can honestly say I don't have a stock in my portfolio that I am more confident about over the next 12 months than QIPT. I agree with you!!! The management is competent and we are in an anti-recession sector. very important to mention, it is possible that some funds will enter this sector soon.

Agreed Gibbons, we need to not only see positive EPS consistency, but also quarter over quarter EPS growth in order to really move the share price up.
