Comparison

Disclosure: Both are doing well and I own them both. GLTA

Would you switch out WELL for QIPT? Could you provide financial metrics of each to support the answer?

WELL is a much larger company than QIPT, a $717.2M market cap vs. QIPT at $224.1M. Both companies have grown sales nicely over the years, although WELL at a much faster pace. Both have reasonable debt levels, although QIPT is profitable whereas WELL is not yet profitable. WELL's free cash flow generation is lumpy, whereas QIPT has shown some greater consistency in free cash flow generation. WELL is nearing profitability and has exhibited a much higher growth profile than QIPT, although, QIPT has more stability in its financials and is profitable.

In summary, for an investor seeking growth through a profitable small-cap name, we would prefer QIPT. For an investor looking for high growth potential with a higher degree of risk, we would prefer WELL. (5iResearch)

Yup....Quipt is a real profitable company and a cash cow! haha "Net income for fiscal Q1 2023 was $325,000 or $0.01 per fully diluted share, compared to a net loss for fiscal Q1 2022 of $2.1 million or ($0.06) per fully diluted share". "Net decrease in cash     (4,857)"

Also WELL has about 200 Million more shares outstanding. I like our chances with Quipt better. I wish we had WELL's market cap though but to get there over the next couple of years I imagine a few more shares may have to be issued. I like the way our management is planning for our future aquisitions in that the higher the pps goes - much fewer shares will have to be issued to achieve that 800 ...more
