Quipt’s Growth Strategy & Improving CapEx

To Sustain The Rally

What is the difference between Quipt and AHCO in 2023? Qipt CapEx is forcast to decline while AHCO CapEx is forcast to increase. This is one of the biggest reasons why Quipt’s share price will grow substantially in 2023 while AHCO will continue to underperform.

“The company's CapEx as a function of revenues declined last quarter, "a trend that the company will like to maintain" per language on the Q1 call. Quarterly CapEx pulled to 3.1% of turnover, 6.7% on a TTM basis, down from 8.4% and 6.8% respectively. Capital intensity looks to be decreasing. The lighter capital charge is coupled with projected upticks in revenue and profitability, meaning the prospect for QIPT to throw off attractive rates of cash to shareholders is quite high.” Result, substantial growth in FCFE!

IMHO this is fantastic news going forward into 2023 and beyond!

Anyone that has questions in regard to FCF as it relates to financial statements and a DME company like Quipt, should speak with their financial planner or accountant for a detailed explanation.

Best regards

You've been carrying on with your nonsense about everything to do with financials of the company for years now and the SP just keeps going up. I decided long ago to listen to the analysts that know what they're talking about and not people like you. Thank god for that.

Whats your point?? COVID is in the rearview mirror now which affected everything.

If someone wants to believe that that the world is still flat, then there's no point trying to convince them otherwise. Even if you showed them a picture from space, they would say it's been fabricated. LOL! Mr Carlito, if you had $50,000 in your bank account and went out to buy a new car, wouldn't that be free cash flow (FCF) that you used for the purchase? as for you comment on where ...more

Conspiracy theories by the sounds of it.

Yes Polar4, your analogy of showing someone a picture of the world from space and not believing the world is round is very good. Mr Carlito still wants to believe the world is flat! Too funny!

Liongate7: just as excessive optimism will cause one to make poor investment decisions so too will too much acid in high school cause one to think the world is flat.

Wow..this Polar4 guy sure is a piece of work. He thinks his question to Carlito is super intelligent, yet he has no clue FCF = (cash from operations - capex). I guess his world is flat. Oh well....I am sure he is eating crow today.  FCF for Quipt is negative/breakeven at best.
