Market doesn't like new bank failures-Quipt effected?
Of course Quipt is effected by higher interest rates and lack of available debt financing for high risk micro cap companies like Quipt due to regional bank failures and pending failures. IMO. ...Thus now it signals to the market more equity raises to come, as debt is no longer an option for Quipt, especially with little to no FCF.and as small risky breakeven business. IMO
"in addition to maintaining their current line of credit. QIPT believes this is more important now than it has been at any time in the past decade given the higher interest rate environment and the tightening lending standards/current banking concerns (although, it should be noted, QIPT never expressed an inability at this time to expand their credit line as they grow)."

If Crawford was late for work you would have some long winded armeggedon scenario highlighted in yellow over it. One of those days you clown. Some days are diamond, some days are stone.

Like I said, yesterday's SP drop had nothing to do with bank failures. Just the slight increase in mortgage rates had the market skittish. A one day buying opportunity for the next leg up! If you sold yesterday, thanks for your shares!

Quipt has got great rates on its credit facility and prepay has no penalties. To finance the acquisition, the Company incurred incremental borrowings of i) $64,000 under a new term loan bearing interest at 6.8% per annum; and ii) $8,500 on its revolving credit facility, bearing interest at 6.5% per annum.
