Ahem. Profit taking is exactly what your shorting and day tading buddy claims to have been doing. Anybody of that frame of mind whol figured the SP had bottomed and grabbed some would be selling in the next day or two.

"there were no profits to take...the stock declined from $9.50 to $6.50...then rallied to $7.50. i'm no math expert, but thats not "profit taking". Well I guess that hilited comment is true..! Looks like profit taking to me if you were the seller at $9.50 as obviously some were.. :-/

That's just silly talk.. out of nearly 41.8 million shares out theres LOTS of investors that could and probably did take "profits" and could have bought in at much lower prices over the last 2 years.. I'm one of them.. ;-)
