Just down the road from head office.  Could be something to think about.  On a different note:, many small outlets not seeing a lot of traffic, and not making money.  Field staff still (at times) driving 4 hrs  and 80 km just to fix a $10 diaphram ?? ..  O/K ,lets get a lot more concentration in what is deemed, (core areas).  Tuck-ins are great if added to already existing areas, not new venues. .   I am still looking for my entry back  in at  the  $ 5.65/ $5.80  area.

To Ramman1 and Westcoast. I live a couple km from the Horn. I started way back in PHM days and hold a small bundle of Qipt or VHM. The Longhorn is still the only place I can afford to eat though.LOL cheapest on town. It's s been great following the gang here. Things don't make alot of sense sometimes with this company or this market  but I'm hanging in there and learning everyday.

Impossible for me to be underwater on QIPT. I was in at 6 bucks and have said it many times. In at 2.40 on VMD as a matter of curiosity for you also. Far from underwater on six figure numbers of QIPT and VMD so give up on that hogwash.

Well Carl i would say .64 cents on 135,000 shares equates to 86,400.00 as of now. I've been higher, I've been lower, but I'm a patient man and it doesn't matter because I'm not selling in the foreseeable future. Diller is another smart shareholder thats been around PHM for a long time and never waivered or run for the hills. They know a good thing when they see it and stick with it. Yea: If you got in here even at $ 6.40 , and sold at $ 8.30, that's a ''large'' 30% gain .  Not too shabby.-----   I'll wait for $ 5.85 and run it till $ 8.00 .  I'll be content with that.

Not sure what your fascination is with the Longhorn. They've always been overpriced for poor value in my opinion. You could always hit up one of the other many bars in Vernon instead.
