What might be the chances to see $ 5.85 or lower .

Moemoney 42:   I don't think there is enough bagholders left to drive the shares down with tax loss selling.---(Surely,99%)  of  holders throughout the year would have sold in the high 7's and 8's and taken a nice capital gain afforded to all holders in 2024,many ,many ,exceeding my target 30% . --They could not be like Gibby and Westcoast, and ride this down. How many times have I mentioned 8% on the debt is ''very very  tough'' to operate with , and how many times I've mentioned it's tough to make money driving  80 km to replace a $10 part ?,in a rural area . I'll be waiting for the capital realization plan(s), the 10% corporate cost cutting ,  ,and as the previous poster mentioned, possible  2 or 3  rate hike drops in 2024 may give the opportunity to renogotiate down, even if only slightly ,from 8% on the debt . Any relief in that area is a huge plus.

If you think Gibby and Westcoast are the only two that have been long here since the days of PHM you should give your head a shake. I'm going to be around for a few more years and am not financially constrained and certainley don't need the money. Please don't concern yourself with what I do.

Its a tightly held stock by many. Look at the large number of institutions holding this. I take that as a positve and not some penny flipper thats looking for a 20% gain on a few shares.

I'll take a 20% gain over dead money for 3 years.. but hey that's just me.. I like money.. ;-)

You'll be standing on the sidewalk with a stupid look on your face when they announce they've been purchased for 20 bucks a share.

It will be like Westjet when Onex bought them out. Closed Friday at 18.50 and opened Monday at 30 bucks. Lots of people like my hater/bashers standing around with stupid looks on their faces wondering what slapped them in the side of the head. They were so ready to throw in the towel they couldn't see past the end of their noses. Sounds familiar to me with some of the mouthpieces around here.

Look at the five year chart. Up 165%. And thats just calculating 6.05 as the high. How can some loudmouth that doesn't own any of the stock be serious when he's suggesting this will be worth nothing in 6-7 years?? Your the one being laughed at.

Chances are pretty good this week for your target of $5.85... $5.88 already!

Yea:  ( I HAVE  to be VERY carefull for what I say as Stockhouse is ''on me'' for ''bullying''). Yes:  I am keeping an eye out to ''start'' a position. With high operating costs, the 8% intrest on debt , and the upcomming asset rationalization in new year , I can be quite selective ,as to the entry price or when I buy  ---I don' ...more

You are absolutely correct, there is no doubt. From my perspective , and  (being quite honest with ya)  ,I have only shorted a few times with mixed results. Yes:  This would have been  a very positive outcome if I would have shorted. I  was just hesitant  at the time, when  I SHOULD  have made the decision.  Now is too late,I think I will have to stay on ...more

Markets are forward looking. Bashers are not. This is why us longs put a few hundred grand of disposible assets into a good growth stock and are content to sit and wait. Penny flippers/bashers are always looking in the rearview mirror saying coulda, woulda, shoulda. Penny flippers havn't woke up to the fact that markets are forward looking and seem to feel resentful if some of us want to sit ...more
