Not so sure you guys are right this time as it appears you were with the ATM misstep.  That was bad timing from both a market and company perspective.  As the market is currently seeing the quarter as progress and indicative of a looming inflection point with more favourable market conditions/interest rates as well as more certainty for reimbursements, this may just be regarded as ...more

I agree and sense one or more acquisitions  are on a horizon in not-too-distant future. They wouldn't be eager to issue more shares for acquisition if sp is doomed to a constant decline. The acquired company would not agree for such a deal. Also, as Hardik mentioned a few days ago ' Given our flexible capital structure we continue to look at different ways to create shareholder ...more

"Also, as Hardik mentioned a few days ago ' Given our flexible capital structure we continue to look at different ways to create shareholder value" All that statement says to me is, the old strategy isn't working, so lets try a different approach to making a profit.. that's not the warm fuzzy feeling I was looking for at all... :-/

what part of accretive acquistions don't you understand? A shelf prospectus is good for 25 months. More accretive acquistions to come.       Fiscal yr ending Revenue $US Diluted shs Rev / sh Sep 23 221,742 38,607 $5.74  ...more

Carlito continues to mislead. Co.s report per-share no.s by using the average Shs o/s for the period, not end of period.  Carlito is clueless as to the reason.   e.g. sept qtr 2023: revenues......$62,523 diluted shs.....44,200 rev / sh = $1.41 ($5.66 annualized)

The new 25 month shelf prospectus simply replaces the one from November 2021 which has expired.

p.s. Quipt did only $31 million of financings under the $200 million shelf prospectus of Nov. 2021.
