What's a fair buyout price ?
How would one do that math to arrive at a fair figure.
Given the drop in price someone must be looking over those figures.

Assume current multiple does not change. Assume co. doubles in size in next 2 years so stock price doubles. => 41% cagr

What is cagr ? Not everyone is familair with these short forms. I would like someone to explain in layman terms what is the accepted buyout formula. I see on TD its fair valuation is over $10.00 but how do they get to that number. Thanks for the feedback.

Hey Balsam. 173 institutions feel the same way and hold this stock for a good reason. Its a going concern growth stock thats spending its money on growing the company and your just going to have to be patient. Don't listen to the riff raff bashers with their constant repetitive krapp because they want cheap shares to flip for a few pennies..

Please provide me with your list of all rural outlets, locations, phone numbers, that you have so tirelessly researched over the years and I will do follow up. Otherwise I communicate with the company and thats good enough for me. You seem to imply that they are not truthful with shareholders and you have all the facts.

Well you seem to keep repeating the story that everyones driving 40 miles all day every day to replace a 10 dollar part and its just the way it is. I say BS. If thats not mindless bashing I dont know what is and you provide absolutley no proof of these claims. We would of been mammaries up 4 years ago if thats how they run the company.

Cagr = compound average growth rate. $6 x 1.414 x 1.414 = $12. Your TD no.s are the average analyst target price 1 year out. The cowards don't give targets beyond that.
