Why don't you buy some of this and then you can qualify all your endless bashing. Heck, you could even vote to get the bums that fired you thrown out that you seem to think are unqualified for their jobs.

Those analysts reports aren't worth the paper they're printed on.. LOL.. They have been touting those targets for 3 years and "a buyout candidate" for just as long.. meanwhile the only ones who've made money are the few that traded the swings.. Pie in the sky doesn't pay the bills or fatten the bank account... LOL..

DCF shouldn't necessarily be relied on exclusively even if solid estimates can be made. Companies and investors should consider other, known factors as well when sizing up an investment opportunity. In addition, comparable company analysis and precedent transactions are two other, common valuation methods that might be used.
